THIS IS HOPE

At a recent Kids Kicking Back Night, Kaila was in my group. 

She asked me to walk her to the restroom and as we were walking alongside the Legacy Wall, she suddenly stopped, put her face on her brother’s photo, and said: 

“When I walk down this hall, all I see is him.” 

I was stunned. She stopped me in my tracks and I teared up. 

This little girls is so young, yet she is so in tune with her feelings and connected to the loss of her little brother. 💜
